All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Florida, USA.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on USPS transit times and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Shipping times may vary due to USPS delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout for buyer/seller protection.

Please use the USPS tracking number provided to monitor your package. Once an order is handed to USPS, it is outside of our control and we see the same tracking updates as you.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” to the address provided. If your package appears missing, please first contact your local USPS carrier or post office.
